I cancelled my Dish Network service in July. I sent back the receivers in the box provided for me. Today, I found out (a year later), they charged me for them. When I had first received the notice last year, I just assumed they had not processed the receivers. However, today I found out they had received one of the two receivers in the same box and had charged me for the second one. After an hour of talking to different departments, I found myself being told that they would try to resolve this issue to my satisfaction within the week. The only way it will be solved is if they miraculously discover the other receiver and remove that huge charge off of my credit. I don't know why it will take a week to find it when they haven't been able to find it for a year.
