A reschedule another visit having a guarantee to deliver a " technician ", alternatively exactly the same technician is sent by them. On his next visit, specialist was rude, and unprofessional in conduct. This time around, identified it and he looked over the identical device "indication issue", that was never there during his initial visit two days before.
