Cost on my creditcard

In April, there was a cost placed on my charge card which was not mine I had been informed to "take it off" and spend just the stability because it'd be "place in challenge" and eliminated before my payment.

I've obtained fund costs since I did so the above mentioned, and was informed (6) various factors by (6) various people, including administrators... Each informing my the main one before offered wrong info to me

I wrote the challenge division at Sears, and am obtaining the runaround... But nonetheless getting fund costs used to do not get. Exactly what a couple of inexperienced, people that are rude. I'm informed due to their "screw up" I had been put with everyday attention included, into a revolving demand consideration... DUH! Then... Why-don't they repair it???

Any guidance or assist you are able to provide me before I notice my lawyer could be greatly appreciated.
