I terminated my support together and was informed by TWO of the reps that my termination charge could be $37.50. I subsequently got a cost on my "closing bill" for $212.50. I named to challenge it a week ago and was informed I'd to deliver a notice (via snail-mail) for their Payment Dispute division. Nowadays, the cost of $212.50 was taken from my bank account WITHOUT my agreement. I had been about the telephone today for 45 minute having a "Quality Expert" who did NOTHING to solve my issue. He insisted the cost was legitimate and he'd not return it. I requested to talk to his boss, who easily was on another phone, but he'd abandon a note plus they might reunite my call in 24-48 hours. He also explained the payment question division will require 14-21 days to obtain touching me and wouldn't provide me a telephone number to get hold of them, stating they are able to just be achieved via email. I inquired if he would protect any costs that I sustained from additional expenses entering my bank account, because I was currently likely to be overdrawn as a result of this unauthorized billed, and he explained I Would need to consider that up using the payment question department. I stated, "Oh, the main one you-can't enter contact with?" He was a genuine a*hole. I sent Direct TVis client service and advised them of how ashamed I'm using their customer support, but I am confident I wont notice an answer. I have attempted to challenge the cost through my lender, but was informed that because it had been prepared, they could not change the cost till it experiences the challenge both. AND along with all that, the financial institution terminated my money card, therefore today I've to reset all my other online expenses that I spend using that card. Cheers Primary TV for truly messing up my week!!
