Rebate ripoff its been 7 months and have not received my total $500 rebates

I bought two sidekick II from cellularchoice online.

I paid $500 for both phone and it had six rebates, I filled it out and send them back. Its been seven months and I have not received it yet. My friedn told me to call them everyday and e-mail them but when I call it says "we have high volume of phone calls" and my phone just ends. I would really like to get my rebates back and I have all the bills that said that it has rebates in it and i also have some rebats form that i filled out for proof.
