Rebate Ripoff no rebates ever received by this company

I have submitted a total of 5 PCUSA rebates since November 04.2 recent ones but 3 which are over 3 months old each. I haven't received any of the rebates nor did I receive any updates. I've called and sent emails and finally I get an email response saying they are only seeing one of my rebates. Then I send them copies of everything and I receive no responses.

I've sent inquiries again and again over a month period and there's no resolution as of today 4/19/05. PCUSA does not provide a phone number nor a web site to track rebates. So is it a surprise these rebates are not being fulfilled? No.
