JACK or MICHAEL who call themselves "management" never return my calls and have been blowing me off for nearly nine (9) month. Michelle started the ball rolling but quickly bowed out. Next step: complaint to Dept. Of Bus. And Professional Regulation (Bureau of Compliance - Timeshare Section), before legal action. Anyone out there with a similar experience?
