IPA is a high pressure consulting team that wants small business owners to think they have there best interest at heart. They suggest unethical business practice and want you to believe without their help you will not stay in business for another year. The person taking the survey will be insulted and upset if the owner does not spend all his valuable time with him. Our survey consultant was late the second day. Our owner had to leave for an important service call. IPA was insulted and called and asked him to leave the customer and report back to the office ASAP. We were told not to please our customer if possible, but to teach them a lesson then they will call ahead for service. The survey proscessor is no more than a glorified salesman there to sign you up for futher costs. He did not tell me anything I did not already know. When asked to leave our property he then call his home office and tried to use scare tatics to have us sign on for there services. 2-3 people $245.00 an hour, airfare, meals, lodging all expenses paid. The gentlemen working with us lived within driving distance we later found out. BEWARE Do not let them on your property. Nothing more than a scam.
