Fraud and scam

Property owners beware of this company! They will take your money and not pay contractors for services provided. This can result in a lien being filed on your property. Patrick Hocking the owner will not return calls or reimburse customers there money. Several complaints have been filed with the better business bureau and through the Land Surveyors Boards in different states. Survey America cannot perform work in the State of California because the California Board of Surveying won't allow it. They will not be allowed to perform surveys soon in Florida, Missouri and Texas. DO NOT use this company!!! IF you need survey work performed, please contact a registered professional land surveyor in the state in which you need the survey work performed. Do not use so called Survey coordinators.
