Jerry Denington ripoff

I live in indiana and purchased property in quail valley, california at a tax auccion. I hired a1 surveying owner jerry dennington to survey the property because i wanted to put a mfg house on it. I mailed him $700. To start survey. He completed survey and i immed mailed him the balance of 4800. I took a trip to california and he advised me to call him on mon july 18 and he would meet me at the property when i called him repeatedly i got no ansnwer. He called me back the next day was very rude and told me we were to meet tues. I advised him that was not true because i told him for 2 months i would be returning to indiana on tues. He also did the survey and told me after it was done that my property was in a deep gulley and part of it was in a drainage ditch. He took my $1500. And saw the property before telling me this. I didn't want to argue with him on the phone so i asked him to mail me the survey because i was going to try and sell the property. He advised me he would put it in the mail that dat. That was a week ago and i have called him twice and he doesn't return my calls. My next call is to the calif atty genl ofc
