Ripoff lies about next day shipping

I placed an order with this company on Friday 9/8 on the phone because I wanted to make sure I would get their advertised one day shipping to my state which is illinois and the sale book states Illinois is included. I ordered a pool cover with clips and winter chemicals to close my pool on next day Saturday. I needed to make sure I would receive these items on Saturday because that was when we needed to close out pool for the winter.

Well, on Saturday fex ex delivered my winter closing chemicals, not only to the wrong address but no pool cover? I phoned water warehouse and spoke to a rep who informed me "Oh sorry your billing address is correct but your shipping address was differant. Must of been our warehouse mistake"! When looking up the tracking number it showed the cover in transit to be delivered on Tuesday! I told the rep I have to go purchase another cover because I could not wait until Tuesday and that I wanted a refund and I would just refuse the shipment. Her reply was "Well if you deny the shipment we will have to charge you shipping and handling. I then asked why do they advertise all over 1 day shipping? Her reply was "I understand I have tried to tell them to change the phrase to include 1 day shipping "MAYBE". I then told her I will never shop with them againj (this was my first and last purchase with this company), she just said okay. I own a business myself and to treat customers like they are trash is a bad way to do business. I always make sure my customers are always happy.
So, I would not trust this company. They lie and are a rip off.
