Destruction of personal property and stealing ripoff

Our home was sold to the alleged company. We had an agreement to be moved out of the property at an arranged time. Before time was up we agreeded to allow the company to go and do some work on the property with the knowledge that they would not touch our belongings. When all said an done my antique clock worth about 1200 dollars was thrown in the dumpster and other items were either stolen or trashed. Sueing for reimbursement on my belongings. Workers were negligent and thieves.
