Direct TV no accountability for destruction of property - destruction done to my home

Bottom Line: Direct TV technicians trashed my property while working on the neighbors house. They are unwilling to respond to my request to clean it up! I've called multiple times. The first time they said they would have someone contact me immediately... They DID NOT! Next time they said I had to file the complaint through my neighbor (their customer). They (a supervisor) lectured me on how they are not responsible to track their employees (or contractors) to clean up their mess! Excuse me? These guys are asking me to jump through hoops to correct their problem. Very bad for business! Stupid actually!
