Taunya and Josef Mravik ripoff have sold me a dog with a bad hip and have not provided me with proper documents or offered any return or concession

I purchased a dog from Eurosportk9 owned by Taunya & Josef Mravik. I paid $4750.00 for an untitled German Shepherd. I told them I needed a dog for schutzhund competitions with above average drive, steady nerves, and good hips. I was shown a computer image of his hip x-ray that Eurosport told me was taken in early Dec of 05. I recieved the dog on 12/19/05 and recieved his paperwork approx. 30 days later minus his hip x-ray images and no hip certificate on his pedigree. On 4/15/06 he was taken to get OFA hip certified and the x-ray shown his right hip as being abnormal.

I approached Taunya & Josef Mravik at Eurosportk9 with this info and they refused to refund or exchange dog for me.incredibly they blamed me for the dog's bad hip saying that I injured him In the 4 months of owning him. The dog was seen at my vet's office on 1/30/06 and was entered in 2 trials on 3/14/06 &4/3/06 with no noticeable injury. The dog was in attendance at local club meetings every tues, thurs and saturday from Dec 28-April 15 with no noticeable injury. I have sent numerous e-mails requesting return, and have gotten no response or resolution. I have also requested his hip x-ray that Eurosport had taken prior to shipping. And on this date of report 9/7/06 I have not recieved this x-ray, after many request and unanswered e-mails.

Taunya $ Josef of Eurosportk9 have also used an e-mail I sent to them prior to learning of the dog's hip problem for there testimonial page without my permission. I have asked them many times to remove it and they still have not removed it from there website. It is in my opinion that this company is more interested in making money than providing a good product and this is the concensus i have heard from other people in the business. If someone is looking for a QUALITY working dog I recomend NOT using Eurosportk9.
