Ripoff

In May of my company, International Health Spa, Inc., purchased / leased, a Triton 9100 Cash Machine from Josef Toth of Universal Merchant Services. I entered into a Lease Agreement with Lease Consultants Corporation, with a monthly payment.in October of we suffered a complete loss of the business, due to a fire.

I contacted Josef Toth, informed him of the fire, he assured me he could "re-locate & put it to work for me", after a quick "clean up of the smoke stained exterior". The unit was in working order at the time that Mr. Toth, picked it up from my place of residence.

Then nothing. Mr. Toth vanished! It took me months during to track him down, find my unit, (susposedly in Florida), up & running & me not receiving any money!!!

Finally, early this year, I was able to reach a legitimate business associate of Mr. Toth's & he located my unit here in Michigan, & not in Florida. I don't know what Mr. Toth's intention was or why he would not return my unit just let me say that today is the 16th of June, & my unit now sits in my garage in several "BOXES".

He deliberately tore apart & painted all computor contact's inside the machine therefore destroying it!!! It cannot be repaired.

Mr. Toth is an unethical businessman & another ATM company ripoff artist. The police say we have no recourse, not a crime, a civil matter only!!!

Do not do business with this person or company!!
