Wireless Unfair Pratice Rude Employees ripoff, unfair charges, stupid empolyees, non working phones

Have had Verizon for 8 years. Have Yellow Page number for 8 years with the Verizon number in Las Vegas. Phone quit working. Took it in and girl said she would call when new one came in. 3 weeks went by and no phone. I went back in and a guy said here's your order but it was never sent in. He sent it in and I got a phone the next day. Took the phone back she gave me until the new one came in and she said I have to pay for the loan phone $125 because I kept it for over 2 weeks. SHE never put in the order.

NEW phone does not work either. I have been cut off talking to them on the new phone more than twice. This is my business yellow page phone and I need it to work. I get no where with them. To cancell the contract because they are not doing there part will cost me. I'm screwed by Verizon. When contract runs out I'm switching. Horrible customer service. I just want a working phone & is that too much to ask for? Get some employees with a brain.
