Unethical and unprofessional and ugly appraiser ripoff catskill new york

This appraiser is the most unethical, dishonest, unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with in my over ten years in the industry of refinace. This man has been paid over $1000 by my client - $200 additional was just paid to him by my company to get a recertification of the most recent appraisal done.
He has cashed the check and has been telling us now for a week that we will receive it 'this afternoon' and we still have not received it. He tells his secretary to tell us that he is not in the office and we can hear him telling her to tell us that AND the secretary tells us that she is not permitted to give out his cell phone. What appraiser doesn't give his cell phone? Appraisers LIVE by their cell phone.

When I have spoken with him, he was rude and unprofessional. An ugly and nasty man that should not be in the customer service business. We are making sure he is blacklisted by our company and many others in the industry.
