Unauthorized VISA charged

I was charged $61.02 by this company which I haven't heard about until now. I'm stationed in Europe and I don't even know If I can use their services from here.

Bottom line, I did not authorized this charged nor made any contract with them. I did however made a transaction with Tiger Direct which some report says that they sold credit card numbers to AMR LD. That's probably where they got my number.
