Apple Moving DFW
Apple Movers - No SHOW after waiting more then 6 HOURS, office closed

Shops, Products, Services

We scheduled a move for Saturday 08.05.2006 the time frame was 12PM - 2PM.By 1:45PM we hadn't heard from our movers. We called and were told, by Daniel (?) the movers would be there at 2:15-2:30. We called again, and again the time was backed up. We called and spoke to this phone "customer service" person no less then 6 times. Finally he assured us by 4:00PM - 4:15PM our movers would be here, he was "routing another truck" to us. He informed us our original movers discovered a two room move was actually going to be a full 3,000 square foot house. (A fact he did NOT tell us during the repeated previous calls.)

4:04PM I call and the office is closed. 4:45PM still no movers.

Not only did they ruin and waste our entire day, we had another party waiting on us to pick up this furniture since noon.By the time they flaked out on us it was too late to even rent a truck and do it ourselves. Their service is horrible. They breached their agreement with us, they failed to deliver services guaranteed, failed to follow up in a reasonable manner and have caused us considerable distress.

Consumers BEWARE — this company is unreliable and will leave you stranded at 5PM on a Saturday night with no one to move you.
