Promise to move you but don't show up

We had an appointment for best movers to move us on Saturday Nov 1 at 10 am. They said they would call before they came, but they never called or showed up.

We called them numerous times and nobody answered. So we had to have relatives rent a rental truck and come over at the last minute to help us move.

It seems you can't depend on Best Movers to move you
