Poor service overcharging

This company is fully incompetent. I had to tell them three times to do anything I needed done. For months they kept charging me for services I did not want even after repeated calls and a letter. Then when I called to disconnect one of my phone lines they shut them both off. Finally I chose to change to SBC and they messed the whole thing up and wouldn't fix their mistake unless paid over $60 an hour. Don't use them for ANYTHING.
