Aol
Ripoff with dishonest billing charges

Internet & Web

Charges. Charges. & more charges after contacting several times to disconnect services and never happened instead they continue charging month after month. It required monthly calls for at least 8 months for AOL to reverse charges and Customer service rep at every time tried to offered me services and give me an additional month for free after telling them that I wnated to complete disconnect AOL services.

And even after telling them NO, I AM NOT INTERESTED they kept me on any way and continue the charges. After 6 months of additional charges and phone calls, they were only willing to give credit for 4 months because it is their policy not too exceed 4 months even though it was AOL's mistake to continue the charges... What a rip-off!!!
