Ripoff No satisfaction with refund

To make a long story short, mobilesidewalk.com has been giving me the run around for almost two months. I contacted them on May 31 to request a refund. Today is July 20 and I am now dealing with a third person.

I have been asked for the mobile phone number which I gave and never heard back after sending two more emails. (the phone number on the website directs you to their email support staff).

I sent an email on May 31 and received a response on June 1. I sent another on June 3 to give the information that was requested. I did not receive a response. I sent the information again on June 7 and June 12. I did not receive a response until JULY 10 and now they want a copy of my bill but I cannot email it to them. My printer is not working and I never used it much anyway so I am not replacing it and I do not have a fax machine.

I know that I could go around town and pay for these services, but that just means added expenses in addition to very inconvenient because I have 3 small children (triplets) and they are NOT fun to take out by myself. (I am by myself with them for most of the day) and when I am not by myself, I have to do the normal everyday things that cannot get done with 3 toddlers running around behind you.

I am mad that everybody that I deal with tells me I need to do something else. First it was the phone number (Ashely. Then it was send a copy of the bill. Once I explained my situation (as noted above), Meghan told me that I could email the bill to the support staff.
NOW, a third, unnamed person, is telling me that an emailed copy is not acceptable for the billing department. They want an actual copy of the bill and after all the run around I have been getting, I do not feel comfortable giving them a copy of my bill that has personal information on it.

I am not necessarily calling this company fraudulant, but I am sick of dealing with these people! If they would have just told me in the beginning that they needed a copy of the bill instead of waiting almost two months it would be a different story.

Can anyone please help and give me some ideas as to what I can do to resolve this issue?
