The company will not acknowlege my cingular cell phone rebate, even with proof that I sent it in. Ripoff Internet

In july I purchased a motorola cell phone from, Wirefly, with a 170.00 dollars mail in rebate, I followed the rebate rules then sent in my rebate in December. Waited three months, no rebate, In May of I sent an email to, rebatestatus.com asking about the status of my rebate, they claim that they never received my rebate form, so I faxed a copy of the Rebate form, my receit for the phone, copy of my phone bill, and my phone number, I have not heard from them as of today June, 3
