Virgin Mobile ripoff BOGUS Kickback Referral Rewards

BEWARE of Virgin Mobiles KICKBACK referral program!!!
They state if you refer a new user to them they'll credit your acct with $20.

This is not true (at least in MY case).

Their policy states the new user must activate "online", must provide your "name and telephone #" and must be "activating their phone for the first time".
I referred 3 different people to them and have never received any kickbacks.

After questioning VM about this I'm told that they have to be activating "brand new" phones. Beforing referring anyone I even spoke to a rep who assured me that my referrals could use my used phones to activate and I could still get a kickback with no problem.

No where in their policy does it state a "brand new" phone must be used. The policy is vague at best and suggests that they must be activating for the "first" time, ie you can't refer someone more then once.
VM has answered all my inquiries with form letters and has refused to budge on the issue.
