Unfair employment and Individual Discrimination

I believe that all the Empolyees, except for the Conway family that work and run Conway's Red Top in Colorado Springs are either: Drugies, High School Girls or people that are not commited in anything. For Example, I got terminated for something that I thought was the right decision at the time, and well, it turned out I got fired over it. Ralph Brown (Operations Manager), doesnt know how to hire anyone. He picks people that dont know how to work... For example, 3 employees at The East location on North Carefree, Smoke POT ON THE JOB. Encluding a manager, that right there results in termination, but nooooo, they still work there. I am speaking out to make this restaurant better, I am not here to pick on them. I think that people need to look at the facts around them and realize that even they cant find a job if they are sober and commited. They deserve the job, not people that seem to know nothing about anything, especially while they are HIGH on the job. Oh and yeah one of the employees alos steals from the back drawer, we are short allllll the time. It gets taken out of our tips as a whole. Tell me that there isn't something wrong with that.
