Father/Son Tag-Team Theives & Liers Promises to fufill clients construction to homes, Hides from clients once has money for project, Worked for him and got cheated of promised salary, Wasted his money on prostitutes instead of paying employees or clients back for unfinished goods.

David Acosta (Senior), really had me for a fool! I should have noticed something was wrong when i started to see him avoiding many of our clients. Although my role in the company was to develop computer aided designs for various clientel in the San Fernando Valley / Los Angeles area, This individual made promises that were not kept as far as fair and adequete compensation for my hard work.

Instead I, like many of his recentr clients, got the run-around from Mr. Acosta and he habitually avoided contact with myself and various clients of his. You see, he would not only promise the clients to get the design aspect of their desired project done, but also offered a contractor (s) that work closely with him in order to get more money from the client for himself.

He would charge an averagew of $1,500.00-$2,500.00/ project and I would wwork on 3-4 of them a week and only get paid $400-$500 (if I was lucky). This individual pocketed the rest of the earnings which should have gone to myself, the drafter; I mean all he ever did was just take the money and meet with the clients, But I got stuck doing the "grunt" work. Now I find myself broke and need of someone to expose this organized criminal to the public, and make him give all the money owed to clients back!!!

Now there's also his son, David Acosta (Junior), who really doesn't know whether the business is his or his dads. Everytime there's a problem with a project or there's an dissatisfied client, he would deny all knowledge of that matter and simply refer the upset individuals to David (SENIOR).

Of course, all that have tried to get incontact with David Sr. Know that he will not return the phone call to you unless it involves him making a buck. The funny thing is that the business license for "CAD GRAPHIX", the business in question, is under his sons' name and place ads directing potential clients to David Juniors' personal cellular phone.

Now that really confuses the clients because when they had issues, that's the 1st number that comes to mind to call "CAD GRAPHIX" regarding a problem. So who's in charge here? These guys are a loss attempting to "teach" an autocad class to those who want to learn the program, but htey have certification to do so.
