RIPOFF, WILL NOT REFUND MONEY fraudulent ripoff business

I received a letter telling me that I was PRE-APPROVED for $15,000 credit. And that if I wasn't satisfied, I could return the card and all information included with it withing 30 days to receive a full refund. I thought it would be a great way to consolidate all my other credit cards. So I accepted the credit card. I paid the $43 rush delivery fee and about two weeks later got the packet with the "wonderful" catalog. I was outraged that they did not include the fact that it was catalog ordering only. I sent the card back within a week. This was over a month ago. I have yet to receive my refund. I looked up the company on the internet and did not find a website for them. So I did a more exhaustive search and found this site. So I thought I would add my grievance to the ones allready here. When I tried to call the company, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. The only way to speak to a LIVE person is to enter your account number in. Since I sent all the stuff back, I did not have my account number. So I have decided to send a very nasty letter to the company demanding my money. If I do not receive it or a reply in a timely fashion, I will take further action.
