Ripoff Broken Promise Bossier City Louisiana

I was with at&t when cingular took over. I was promise i would have the same service i had with at&t. We sold our home and was moving to a small town 20 miles east of bossier city, la. I told them were in the early stage of transition. They advised me i would not have any problems with the location. I told them i never had a problem with at&t and wanted to make sure they could give me the service i had with at&t. I was not going to use a home base phone until our house was finish. I also got a phone for my husband. He as a serious heart condition and i wanted him to have a phone at all times. We had problems with our phone from day one. I call and for a while they were better but not the service i had with at&t.in the past three months the servie is worst. For a while i could get out in my front yard and talk. But now my call fail. I am dropped on the interstates, cities and can not understand anything anyone that calls me. I have since had to install home base service so i can have a phone. I have lived up to my end of the bargain. I pay by bill everymonth. I have feel they have let me down and i hope we can get a suite action against them for they have lied to all of us. They advertisment on tv has been the same services as at&t. This is not true.
