Ripoff tells you lies by saying one thing and then bills you something else, every thing they can

We had just got stationed at Edwards Air Force Base in CA and went to Cingular for phones. They said "Sure you can get service on the base." We definately can not get any service. So we have been in a contract for two years on phones we never use except off base.

They also told us that our home service included several states around us, including Nevada. When we went to Las Vegas for our wedding and made some calls, they billed us for them. Custmer service reps can't tell us why and will not refund our money.
