Told base service would work, billed for Nevada roaming

We had just got stationed at Edwards Air Force Base in CA and went to Cingular for phones. They said "Sure you can get service on the base." We definitely can not get any service. So we have been in a contract for two years on phones we never use except off base.

They also told us that our home service included several states around us, including Nevada. When we went to Las Vegas for our wedding and made some calls, they billed us for them. Customer service reps can't tell us why and will not refund our money.
