Mr. Bill Calamia. He sure is a scamme

I met William Calamia when I had heard of an unlimited use cellular phone. At that time he owned Coyote-web after that didn't go through he contacted me later saying he had flat rate unlimited use long distance service & my partner (Kaye Grossmann) & I decided to carry his service which we have had many promises about services but have had mainly a lot of problems with it & customers that have gotten very mad about how often the service is down or having problems & how they overbilled our customers. & now that I have tried to nail him down on the loan our phone service has been off over a month & we are still being billed for it.

I had talked to Bill many times & he had convinced me to loan him $4000 with a promise to pay it back in 10 days with 20% interest for a total pay back of $4800 (which I have in writing) I made this loan to him on April 5th & since then I have had to spend a lot of money on calls & trying to get Mr. Calamia to talk to me about this loan & why our service has been shut off & he has gone so far as to say that he had deposited it back in our account but that was untrue & he had said many times before that it will be this friday or for sure by monday & now he won't talk to me at all & I have tried many times to get him to see that he has an obligation to pay this as promised but he refuses to do anything. I believe this is because he knows that I live in Missouri & it will be hard for me to go to Arizona & sue him for it.

This has financially devestated me as I really don't have much & he knew full well that I had to borrow it to get it to him. I sure hope you can offer some assistance as I feel that a man that does this needs to be taught that we just arn't going to take it lieing down.
