Ripoff

First of all I want to thank my Loving Boyfriend for finding this website here on the computer for me, I wished I would have known about it over a year ago, (Thank you Baby)

I received a flier in the mail over a year and a half ago letting me know that there was a *unlimited long distance* calls to anywhere, except to Canada and out of the US. All for the price of $54.90 a month. I didn't have long distance on my phone and at the time I was in search of a company that had unlimited long distance, at that time I said wow, this is great, I will sign up for it so I did. (Big Mistake)!! I gave these people access to my bank account to take the money out every month thinking they were a repetable Co.

Well, how wrong I was, I would make a long distance call a few times a week, then the problems all started! I would be in the middle of a conversation and some man would come on the phone saying I'm sorry your time has expired..! I was upset, thinking oh, well maybe this is just a one time thing that occured, Wrong again.

I called the Stay in Touch Co and I told them the problem I had, and they said they would send the report to their corporate manager..! Well it would take days for them to get my long distance back on and up and working again! Then when I got it back on, and wanted to make a long distance call, I would use it for a couple of days and the same thing happened again. I called the Co back once again. And they said well, everyone is having problems, the computers are all down, I asked to speak to a Tech person or a manager, and they said well we don't have tech people. Well that got me to thinking, something is definitely wrong! But I needed the long distance service I was hoping maybe it would get better. It would be up and running once again after being off for several days, and yet they still continued to take money from my bank account, I complained over and over saying why should I pay for something I was promised and I am not getting?

Then, I get a phone call from them saying well we are changing our name and everything is going to be different and the service will be much better. It was called *Integriss* then they switched to *Stay In Touch* well if anything. It got worse. I had so many many problems with this so called Phone Co. I have kept a log and names and dates from the time I got this. What they call a phone Co. And talked to every single person that has worked there, the So-Called Supervisor, and I will say her name... Suzette, I have made over 74 phone calls to them complaining about the service they were providing, I have asked so many times to speak to their so-called coporate manager, and they said well, we don't even talk to him/her. We contact that person through email. I was hoping that one day I would get this resolved with them and get better service, even though when I used my long distance. I could only use it a few times before this man would come on and say my time has expired!

When I would complain to Suzzette, about this she would act surprised, when I would tell her about getting this voice on telling me my time was up. I asked what kind of a phone Co is this? She said we are well known and well respected and that I was the only one that seemed to be having these problems! Now that I see and read all these testimonials, I can't believe what I am reading!!! Here are just some of the names of the peop-le I have spoke to during the time I had *Stay In Touch*

Suzzette (so called manager), Jo, Melony, Shameeka. Christine, Bill, Elana, Malissa, Tammy, (another so called manager) Doreen Weston) Elaine, Annie and the list goes on and on. They would give me FAKE pin numbers to use for my long distance, which not a ONE ever worked! I have Dates, Times, what was said, I have the works! On every single phone call I have made to these A#HOLES! I have kept a log of what was said, who I talked to, all the times my phone went off in a middle of a conversation... Then the final straw was they were taking money from my bank 2 times a month! YES 2 times a month, and I called to complain, and then thats when they said ok, we are tired of you calling and complaining about the service your getting, and it seems like you are the only one that ever has problems so we are going to discontinue your service! Well that was fine with me, because I was a FOOL for way to long as it was..

But I want EVERYONE to know that if anyone contacts you with the so -called phone company called *Stay In Touch* PLEASE! Please, do not accept their service, they are nothing but a RIPOFF! And they really aren't a phone company. What they are doing is Fraud, and taking people's money, and Lieing to them. IF anyone wants to email me and ask me any questions about them, believe me, I do have more to say, they are Liars, Cheats, and NO Good! And they will Rip you off as long as you let them. They ALL should be in JAIL!!! I hope all of you from Stay in Touch read this and all of you go to Jail!!
