Dynamic Moving
Damaged my washer and won't fix it

On 03/18/06 I paid for dynamic moving to move me from NJ to PA. When they arived I informed the forman that the truck was too small but he insisted he was a professional and will make eveything fit. When we arrived at PA I was watching them unload my furniture when they went to remove my washer they broke off the spin cycle knob. With out the knob the washer will not work.

I informed the company the same day and did not receive a call back so I called them 3 days later and left constant messages. Finally they said they were sending me a 200 dollar check but 3 weeks later I did not receive anything. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I continued to call the company and received the run around. Finally I was told they were going to pay to fix it but since I contacted the BBB they felt that was my payment enough, giving their company a bad name.
