Severe vibration on spin cycle

Have extended warrenty, machine has severe vibrations on spin cylce, service has been here three times and I have complained and complained and there has been no results. This washer is not realigning itself. Srvice has told me that even though this washer said it was a realigning washer. Service man also said that there was no such thing as a realigning washer. New floors and this bouncing is going to destroy my new floors if left to run the way it is now.

I have bought many ge products over the years and considered them a quality product and I bought the extended warrenty and felt like I through my money away. Please respond as soon as possible as I am disgusted with the service and product at this given time.
