Ripoff, misleading inventory, unsatisfactory outcome, terrible customer service

Dear Madam / Sirs;

When my transaction began with Expecting In Style in February I purchased with the option of instore credit should I return the merchandise. They have an ENTIRE website of items available, so I thought this would not be an issue.

From the beginning I had to chase down my initial purchase. This was not a good sign. At least two weeks after promised my purchase arrived. It did not work so I sent it back for in store credit. This was in March.

After I placed my order for the instore credit of $298 I had, it would take weeks before anybody would even follow-up a call with me to let me know that all of the merchandise I selected was no longer available though it was new this season. They said alternative sizes could however be ordered. I thought everything was going to actually be resolved. Nope.

At least a couple of weeks later I received another call that it was not available at all. June 1st I informed the company that I was completely unsatisfied with their service and disappointed that there is such an apparent breakdown in communication within their company. I sent emails to get no reply, half of the service reps I spoke with were very nasty, and it is rather deceptive to have an entire website of merchandise of which most is not available.

They said on June 1 at around 6pm that they would be getting my order shipped. I received today one item I had selected. The enclosed receipt was dated June 20 to even have my order filled and shipped.

This is no way to run a business and I would advise ANYONE thinking of purchasing with this company AGAINST doing anything of the sort.

Any and all help you can provide in this matter or toward referring me to the correct service to file a complaint would be GREATLY appreciated.
