Unexpected Credit Monitoring Charge on Unused Store Card

I have a Sears card that had a zero balance on it. I received a Sears statement with I thank it was like 20.00 dollars. I know that I had not made any charges on that card because I never use it. Will come to find out it was for a credit monitoring service. I called Sears and told them that I never signed up for this service and please take the charge off and I also canceled the card. I received another statement the next month and the charge was still on there plus interest. I called them again and told them to take the charges off they credit my account the amount of the charge. I received my nest statement and the charge was back on. We have know been fighting Sears for over a year now. I come to find out from Sears that supposedly I cashed a rebate check from them by cashing the check you are automatically signed up. I don't remember getting any check. We are know starting a class action low suit. If any body has had the same problem please e-mail me.
