Fraudulent Credit Monitoring Service credit monitoring ripoff

I have a Sears card that had a zero balance on it. I recieved a sear statment with I thank it was like 20.00 dollors. I know that I had not made any charges on that card because I never use it. Will come to find out it was for a credit monitoring service. I called Sears and told them that I never signed up for this service and please take the charge off and I also canceld the card. I recived another statment the next month and the charge was still on there plus intrest. I called them agin and told them to take the charges off they credit my account the amount of the charge. I recieved my nest statment and the charge was back on. We have know been fighting sears for over a year now. I come to find out from Sears that supposedly I cashed a rebate check from them by cashing the check you are automaticly signed up. I don't remember getting any check. We are know starting a class acction low suit. If any body has had the same problem please e-mail me.
