Ripoff

I worked for these folks for just a few days and was sent from Glendale to Santa Barbara then to Palm Springs and back to Glendale in one day with a bob tail truck to pick up, load, and deliver, unload furniture, solo. @ 13 hrs and 390 miles.

When I submited for pay they refused to pay over time, declined sandwhich and cold drink @ $9.00 (/-) and after weeks and weeks and weeks finally paid partial expenses for out of pocket including fuel. When I declined to work any other jobs, what did they do? Reported the expenses to EDD as income!!! This action was deliberate and malicous to say nothing of dishonest and vindictive and they ought to be ashamed of themselves but they are so incompetant they cant even account for the person who is most responsible for the mismanagement because he quit before I got paid???!!!
