Ripoff Lazy drivers poor customer service unprofessional

I don't know if their drivers are just plain lazy or don't care about their customers but for about the fourth time now one of my packages was not delivered because the driver didn't bother to get out of his truck and knock on my door. He just puts into the system that the apartment # is missing or incorrect and goes about his way without bothering to come to my door where the address is plainly marked.

I have told the Petaluma, CA office several times I have no apartment # I live in the house on the property and once again I say the address is plainly marked. My address is as stated on the package why is this so difficult for the driver to comprehend. Common sense would say that if the house is marked with the same address as the package it goes there.

Once again I track down the phone # and call and get a man who could careless about my problem he is just there to collect his paycheck and go home. He says he will call me back once he straightens it out.instead of calling himself he has another employee call me to let me know when they can redeliver and of course this person has no clue as to what the original problem was and once again I explain it and she assures me she will handle it and call me back. Of course I don't expect her to call because she too had the same attitude that the pervious gentlemen had.

I intend to let the proprietor that I purchased my goods from know that he should change his Shipping provider to avoid any negative feedback from his customers that are most likely not his doing but your drivers. Beware is all I can say to anyone who uses UPS
