We cancelled service with them because after two year contract was up the prices shot through the roof! Besides the fact that if the wind even blew our cable went out. I cancelled the day our payment was atu-drafted from our account and was promised a 50% refund within 48 hours, never happened! As I waited for my refund the equipment boxes showed up. I was not going to return the equipment until I recieved my refund. Boy was that STUPID! DISH NETWORK TOOK $587 out of my account for recievers that go straight to a landfill! After returning equipment and calling with confirmation #, once again being told 48 hours, its now, according to them going to be 9 days until my money goes back in! Even though I have a confirmation email saying they have recieved the equipment! Hundreds of dollars in bank charges later and I WILL NEVER BE STUPID AND USE DISH NETWORK AGAIN! ALSO considering legal action!
