Dish network took money out of my account without authorization! Scamming company!

I switched my service from Dish Network to DirectTV on 6/12. The day I changed over, I called Dish Network, and told them. I knew that my contract had run out, because I had had service with them since early 2010. They informed me that if I cancelled I would be BILLED for an early termination fee, because when you have the equipment upgraded, they automatically renew your contract... 1st lie. They then told me that they would send the boxes for me to send all the equipment back in. They also told me that this was on them, and just to pack it up, and send it back... 2nd lie. It took 2 weeks to get the boxes... They said 5 days... 3rd lie. I packed the stuff up, and put the shipping labels they sent on them I took them to UPS and mailed them. I was not charged at all. Today is 7/3, and they drafted 150.00 dollars out of my checking account. Without notifying me of anything. My car payment bounced, and now I have a $36 NSF fee. I was so pissed. I checked my email, and Dish sent me this email that says.."THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT." I NEVER MADE A PAYMENT!!! I called Dish Network, and they told me that it was an early termination fee. They also said that that they take it out of the account that they have on file from when you first signed up. Then they said that I still owe them $106 for services rendered, and for the shipping on the equipment...$17 per receiver, and I had 2. This is bulls@#$&!!! I told them to remove my bank account, and they said they couldn't, and they would be drafting the other $106 dollars out sometime in the next 30 days. I am currently on disability, and I cannot afford this. They have already taken my grocery money for this week. I can't even get my prescriptions filled now. If anyone knows how I can fix this, advice would be greatly appreciated! God bless!!
