Ripoff, cheap quality, fake, garbage, scam, fraud

I bought a $300 gold necklace for my girlfriend's birthday and the thing broke as soon as she took it out of the box. I called ice.com and they said that they wouldn't take it back because it was broken. I told them that they sent me defective goods and that I got it broken.

They said that I broke the necklace and was trying to return damaged goods. Their customer service was very rude and condescending and I didn't appreciate getting treated like that after I was embarassed in front of my girlfriend by presenting her with a broken necklace.

Do not buy from ice.com because their merchandise is garbage, which is why they sell everything so cheap. You think that you are gettin a good deal, but you're not. They sell defective merchandise which is why their prices are so low.

Anyway, I'm gonna ship this piece of garbage back to them, and complain all over the place until I get every cent of my money back.
