Ripoff, misrepresentation, fraud, bait and switch, liars

I called their customer service and some woman with a heavy middle eastern accent answered the phone. I did't know if I had the right company. I asked if this was mondera and she said yes.

I could barely understand what she was saying and decided to place my order online. I purchased a gold bracelet from them and paid for overnight shipping. They shipped it 3 Day service instead, and when I called customer service to complain - again the same woman with the heavy middle eastern accent picked up the phone and I said forget it, I'll send an email. I sent the email on a tuesday and didn't get a response until the following monday. The answer that I got didn't even answer why it was shipped 3 day instead of overnight.

Their service was absolutely horrible. Their customer service barely speaks english. I became very concerned about who I gave my credit card information to so I clicked on their about us page. There I discovered that mondera is an arab company called Mouawad. I'm beginning to wonder if they are a front for Al-Qaeda or some other terrorist organization.

When the bracelet arrived, I took it to my jeweler and had the gold tested, and it turned out to be 10k instead of the 14k that I paid for. I immediately shipped back the bracelet and called them demanding a refund. The same woman who barely speaks english picked up the phone and I couldn't believe what was going on. They have one person in customer service who is always available and barely speaks english. I immediately contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge.

Stay away from this company, they are not legitimate and very suspect.
