I too had an invention. I seached the web and found Davidsons Web Site and I asked to them for information. Well I received a phone call. I described to Frank what my invention was. He was elated. Oh yes they could market this product, and he kept dangling that carrot. Telling me that he would market to Walmart, Targets, KMART, and the big Toy stores.

However in order to get started I would need to sign this agreement. So I did, he called me and scheduled a time for me to talk with him. We had that first phone call, and then he called back. He then told me in order for them to start I would need to express mail $685.00 too him. I needed to call him with the date I mailed it and the number of the certification. Well I didn't send it, because we had a death in our family.

The next we he calls and says that he hadn't received my envelope, and was worried that it was misplaced or lost. I told him that we were still waiting to see if this is what we really wanted to do. He called again a week later and said. I have some great exiciting news about your product that he wanted to discuss. I told him that I would not be sending the money because we decided that we were not going to do this. He became very angry, and irate, and said ok. I then received letter in the mail stating that if they hadn't received my money by May 5, they were closing their file.

The only thing that I can say, is I feel bad for all of you that they ripped off, but I am really happy that I didn't send them any money.
