Ripoff ruined leather coat and TOOK NO RESPONSIBLITY

This "cleaners" charged me $40 to clean a brand new suede coat, shrunk it, then tried to stretch it. It was RUINED! They then tried to stretch it making it unwearable. They REFUSE TO replace this expensive coat which was brand new when brought to them. They REFUSED TO EVAN RETURN MY MONEY FOR THE SO CALLED CLEANING! They also ironed out my PERMANENT creases in my pants, they have no idea what they are doing!!! Beware of these morons!
