DeHumanising a Mother By Not Allowing Her to See Her 25 Yr. Old Son That Was Killed ripoff Florida

My son was killed in a single vehicle, in which his head was bashed in by a cement pole.

My ex - husband (Alan Krauth) didn't want me to know of this tragedy. To date, he'll NOT share the ashes of what I brought into this world and shared with all.

To make it worse, the funeral parlor would NOT allow me to see my son when they were done fixing him. I had to go through Mr. Krauth every step of the way. I did'nt exist at all. My " children " have disowned me and used allegations that are so far from the truth.

Nobody deserves this. My son paid for his drinking and drug use with his life. Florida seems to be an oxi-moron, as it has zero tollerance to alcohol and drugs, yet because of the party being at a private home with pathetic morons that refuse to be accountable for letting him drive in the shape he was in, they cannot be held accountable.

I warned Mr. Krauth that our son was in danger due to drugs that he denied doing (Mr. Krauth lives in West Palm Beach, Fl. 33406).

The Funeral Parlor didn't even respect me enough to set aside the front row for MY child. At the eulogy, I was'nt even mentioned. I called the Funeral Parlor after this fact sunk in and asked if I could please be told of who did the eulogy, as I knew a man of the cloth would NEVER make that blunder had he known.

I don't want to see anyone go through that. All I wanted to know was who did the eulogy. I was denied information from Del Lago.

I took Mr. Krauth to court, and Palm Beach County Civil Devision told me where to file (I did'nt choose the court room) and advised me to put a dollar amount. $1,500.00 was put on with NO intent on even wanting the money. I wanted 1/2 the ashes and my sons' guitar. I was denied all.

This is such a bizarre situation and I guess I have to give up. It was never and never will be about the money. My son Josh, was 25.
