$230 of unauthorized charges to my credit card. Had to cancel card to end the fraud. Ripoff

I ordered the $3.95 sample pills. Next thing I know I get a bottle of 120 pills and a charge of $115.15 to my credit card. I sent an email to Amy and told her I didn't authorize this and asked her t o credit back to my card and asked for an address to return. She said I authorized this on line and sent me something I supposedly agreed to that they would automatically send to me unless I called within 14 days to say "don't send." I told her she was a fraud, running a scam out of her garage and that I was reporting her to CA BBB and CA Atty General's Office. She said she would cancel all future orders, but that I was stuck with this bottle. I called my credit company and put it in dispute. That was on April 1.

Then, yesterday, May 4 I received another bottle of pills and another charge of $115.15. First, I called my bank and cancelled my credit card. Then I sent her an email telling her again she was unethical and to refund the money immediately. She writes back that she tried several times but it won't go through my bank. I called my bank and they said any attempted refunds, even to the # I had cancelled, would show up on their system and she hadn't tried to do what she claims. She won't respond to my emails asking for an address to return bottles so my bank has told me to send bottles back to the address on fulfillment place on mailing label, at UPS so they can track on line, with a required signature on their end as proof that I tried to send back and they will take it from here.

At first I felt so stupid. I've never ordered anything on line. I only ordered the stupid 7 pills to get a $100 Starbuck's certificate, which I never got! Now, I'm furious. My advice is to call your credit card co and put in dispute. There are enough of us that we should win this!!!
