Easy Cancel button doesn't work - credit card charged

Ordered "free trial" of LeanSpa/Lean Cleanse. I cancelled my order within the 14 days allotted through the website by clicking on the "Easy Cancel" button. When I clicked the Easy Cancel button there was no confirmation so I clicked it again and no confirmation.
I then a few days later received an email confirmation of a shipment of the pills and a charge to my credit card for $79.99 twice.
I called the company and was told when I received the pills to send them back using the info in an upcoming email, which I did receive, and when I received the pills I sent them back to the address indicated in the email and putting the "RMA" number on the outside of the package. Postage at my expense. I was told in this call I would receive a credit on my credit card once they received the pills back.
I was still waiting for the credit on my card when a month later I received an email that I had been sent another shipment of pills and my credit card was charged again the $79.99 twice.
I called the company and spoke to someone whose accent was so strong I had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying, which was that my order had not been cancelled and that's why I was sent another shipment. After the call I received a confirmation email of my cancellation with instructions re how to send back the pills and was told my credit card would not be credited back until they received the pills. I am currently out $320 and intend to call and ask for a supervisor/manager in the hopes I can get credited back the whole amount. I will update.
