Lean RX - LeanLife PM
They charged my credit card for pills I ordered and returned three times already. Ripoff

I ordered diet pills from Lean RX back in Sept. Of 2006. I only had to pay shipping and could cancel further shipments within 14 days and return the unused pills to get my money back. I did this but never got credited. I called my credit union and filled out a dispute form and on Oct. 10 they put the money back into my acct.

Jan 3 Lean Rx charged my again for the pills. Every time you call the company they want your credit card number before they will talk to you. I called my credit union again and they are sending me another dispute form.

While I was on the phone with my bank they stated that Lean RX just charged me again This is the third charge for pills I returned back in September. My bank suggested that I close this card and get a new one so that this company cannot charge me again.

This is unreal. How are they allowed to do this. I am also filing a claim with the Federal Trade Commission. Thanks for letting me post my problem.
