Ripping me off with unfair and excessive interest charges and late fee's

Even tho i have turned this dept over to a debt consolidation group that works with sears sears has been unwilling to accept their intervention and is accepting the payments from the debt consolidation company but is billing me more that they are paying them and i have not purchased anyting in over 3 months and have cancelled the card. They have jacked my bill from approximately 375.00 to 777.00 i wish someone would help me or tell me how i can combat these predators.
