Ripoff interest rate 31.99% never ever late on this card i never ever use this card and they have skyrocketed my interest rate never late

These people have raised me to 31.99% i have never ever been late on any payments to any of my cc's... I do not use this account. They are taking advantage of me knowing that my other cards are pretty maxed out and because of my age and my debt on credit cards they know i cant find anyone to take the balance for me... I am forever paying this card and almost ready to let it go to collections because they have no reasons to raise my rates. I have called and they say cant be changed. I was a sears shopper for 50 years i am ready to picket their stores... Something should be done... They have to be raising me every few months based on what? I will never ever shop with sears again...
